Each item in our store is made specially for you upon ordering, which means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly make it right.

To request a refund or replacement due to an error:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and include the following:

•  A clear photo of the item showing the issue

•  Your order number

•  A brief description of the problem

Once we’ve reviewed and confirmed the issue, we’ll process a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
